Your responsibilities

Our Sales department is at the centre of the business, helping to create happy clients, customers and colleagues, and therefore with this ever-growing workload we are looking for a new colleague to join our  powerful sales team.  

As Sales Manager/ Key Account Manager you are constantly looking for new opportunities, to grow our business, while building strong relationships with our clients at multi-level. Your experience in solution selling with a consultative approach helps you to be successful.

You can act as a project leader for our clients, coordinating our sales processes from lead to contract and turning strategy into new opportunities. 

You are leading the client team which consists of different disciplines in order to provide the highest service level to our clients.

You are a strong, service oriented professional who aims for clarity for all stakeholders and you:

  • Develop our business with existing and new clients in Germany.
  • Continuously identify and create structured plans and execute activities to achieve sales forecasts and net margin targets for the region.
  • Create strong relationships at multi-level within the client’s organization and be able to successfully turn this into a strategic long-term partnership at the highest level.
  • Liaising closely with team members from multiple teams in our Head-Office to ensure consistency and continuity in the delivery of loyalty programs.

You will be surrounded by talent from all over the world in our office in Neu-Isenburg.

You will report to the Business Director Germany.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • You have sales- and account management experience in the (food) retailing sector.
  • Analyzing FMCG data is as easy for you as dealing with marketing aspects and the coordination and the implementation of the programs.
  • Degree in Business Administration or comparable training.
  • Affinity to new digital media.
  • A pronounced entrepreneurial way of thinking.
  • You are a real teamplayer, have an open and proactive personality and a positive attitude. You like to think ahead and always keep your goals in mind.
  • Fluent Business German and English language skills.
