Demand Management Analyst

Your team and responsibilities 

As part of the Demand Management team, you will work closely with Account Managers to manage risk and optimise the performance of our Loyalty programmes. The focus will be on forecasting demand, optimising deliveries to stores and working alongside supply chain and account managers to minimize the impact from shifts in demand. Provide actionable and timely programme analysis using client data, BrandLoyalty data and external data. Work with the Consumer and Business Intelligence team on programme analysis and process weekly or daily client data to update reporting tools for account managers.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a commercial organization working with data analytics and data driven insights
  • Strong analytical, forecasting and numerical skills. Attention to detail.
  • High level of commercial acumen. Ability to identify potential business risks and to resolve problems
  • Confident communicator to senior levels with BrandLoyalty and our Clients
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Out of the box mentality
  • Abilty to travel regularly
